Green Apple-Berry Smoothie

Serving size: 2 servings (breakfast+ lunch)

Amount per serving 450g or 15.9 oz.

Preparation time 5 minutes

Ingredients:

1 cup of mixed greens

2 cups spinach, baby leaves, organic

2 cups of mixed berries

1 apple, cored.

½ cup of blueberries, frozen

1 tbsp. of Power Shot Greens Superfood powder

2 tbsp. of flaxseed, organic powder

½ to 1 cup of peppermint tea

Directions: Blend and enjoy!

 

Green Pina Colada Smoothie
Serving Size: 2 servings (breakfast + lunch)

Ingredients:
1 cup of cucumbers, sliced.
2 cups of pineapple chunks, fresh or frozen
1 grapefruit, peeled.
1 tbsp. of lemon juice
2 apples, cored

1-2 tbsp. of Chia seeds, presoaked in ½ cup of Coconut milk
